Return Process

  Log into your DiceEg account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with all original tags and packaging into the shipping box, ensuring the return form is included inside.

  Hand Over to Courier

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized collection point or schedule a home pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
